In a meeting of around 50 founding members and in the presence of dozens of representatives of Hindu temples and communities, Hindus from all traditions were invited to come together under a common umbrella on Sunday 2nd April 2017 in Winterthur. Various communities and individuals have accepted this invitation and have jointly launched an umbrella association called “Swiss Federation of Hinduism”. Now we are working on promoting contact among ourselves and on making Hinduism more accessible to the general public.
